• 1 on the first floor with television, DVD player.

Kitchen/dining room (South)
Large open room with contemporary kitchen (induction hobs, pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, household appliances and complete kitchen equipment).

Cellar

First space with combined dryer/washer, sink.
Second space with refrigerator, storage facilities.

The 5 bedrooms

• 1 room on the ground floor (accessible for people with reduced mobility) with Italian shower/WC, 2 twin 90 beds
• 4 bedrooms on the first floor
  •  2 with 2 twin beds for each, shower with Italian and independent toilets, cupboards or dressing room.
  • 1 with 1 160 bed, cupboard.
  • 1 with 4 90 beds (including 2 bunk beds), wardrobe

These last two bedrooms are adjacent to a bathroom; the WC/washbasin is separate.

The leisure room
A leisure and relaxation room with books, board games and Bonzini table football.

Office with WIFI access also available.

The outbuilding

Large covered area with table tennis, ideal for kids in rainy weather!
